Reasons why running is better than...

...Cycling: It won't give you a bladder infection.

...Swimming: It won't give you swimmer's ear.

Yes. I'm just one big infected mess since I started biking/crosstraining more. Well, that's over. No more "dark side" for me, (Pauline). I'm back in the right state of mind. My priorities are set. Run more. Run faster. Lay off the freakin' bikes.

What is it about running that you prefer over other forms of exercise?

  1. Ha ha, welcome back to the light side of the force!! Sounds like you need some pills and potions asap.
    I guess I like running because it's uncomplicated and genuinely needs so little equipment; it's a great way of exploring new territory and can be done alone, in a group, come rain or shine, at 3PM or 3AM, just whenever the mood strikes you. And it's free!

  2. :) I am the opposite! I would much rather be biking than running...it is easier and much more enjoyable for me!! But running kicks my butt into shape more so than biking!
